I think you don't need to worry about blogging so frequently. You've achieved a mountain as far as I am concerned. I am amazed at what you have researched and tested in the last year. It is and still is a big deal. Your bit of spelt dough balls do look good and the texture looks so tender. They must be good to get the kids seal of approval.
